How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and data, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your Trouvé username or email address
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
  • Any specific data you want to ensure is deleted
  • Your preferred method of confirmation (email)

What Happens After Your Request

We'll acknowledge receipt of your deletion request within 24 hours.

We'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Important Information

⚠️ Permanent Deletion

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted:

  • You will lose access to all your Trouvé data
  • Your profile, chat history, and location data will be permanently removed
  • You will need to create a new account if you want to use Trouvé again
  • Any rewards or achievements will be lost
